3Cs Seniors Home Care Services Inc. is a Canadian seniors home care services organization established to provide compassionate and affordable non-medical services to seniors in the comfortable surroundings of their own home. 3Cs Seniors Home Care Services Inc.’s number one goal is to enrich the lives of our dignified members of society by enabling independent living and by providing peace of mind to their loved ones.
3Cs Seniors Home Care Services Inc. was founded by Indira Sattan, a Certified Human Resources Professional with over 10 years of human resources management experience, 17 years experience in the professional services industry and 14 years in the clinical research industry. Indira also has 12 years experience working with orphans and individuals afflicted with leprosy disease, over 10 years working on a voluntary basis with various non-profit organizations (roles included President, Director, Secretary/Public Relations Officer and Board Member) and is a Business Advisor to a Private Career College in Ontario.

Prior to starting 3Cs Seniors Home Care Services Inc., Indira held the position of Human Resources Director for a Canadian owned international clinical research organization. This company was listed as one of Canada’s top 100 fastest growing companies by Canada’s Profit Magazine and was on Chatelaine’s list of Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs. During her period of employment, Indira managed all human resources activities for staff of up to 387 employees (fulltime, part-time and contractors) working in 3 countries and across 11 departments.

My decision to start a Seniors home care services organization blossomed from my passion of helping others and my desire to continue in my professional field of human resources management. I witnessed the agony and turmoil my family went through as they made the decision to place my grandmother in a nursing home and the regret they’re living with up to today because she died shortly thereafter. I understand that moving a loved one to a long-term care facility is often the only choice available and is done with our loved one's best interest at heart. I also believe that in-home support and assistance with daily living activities can be a viable solution to support our loved ones decision to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes, which for many of them hold a lifetime of memories.

3Cs Seniors Home Care Services Inc.’s aim will be to always contribute to a positive difference in the lives of our Clients and to support their decision to remain independent. Too many home care providers offer services based on the availability of their Caregivers and do not take the time to evaluate the needs of their Clients and match those needs with a skilled Caregiver; what may meet the needs of one Client will not necessarily meet the needs of another Client. By taking the time to assess our Client needs and matching them with a capable Caregiver, we are able to create and maintain a rewarding and harmonious partnership. With each relationship we will strive to live by our mantra “successful relationships are built based on compatibility”.
