I would like to thank you again for your help in finding a temporary caregiver when our long term caregiver left suddenly.  Your assessment process was thorough which made sure we were connected with someone who was qualified.  You were able to connect us with a Caregiver who was completely qualified as well as caring.
I appreciated that you kept in contact with us throughout the process and made sure everything was organized to the last detail.  As well, you made sure everything was working well even after the Caregiver got there.
We ended up getting lucky by finding a replacement caregiver quickly, but, I am sure if we didn’t you would have been there to help all the way along.  I would highly recommend you and your company and will be referring my friends to you should the need arise.

It was an exremely difficult time for our family when your Caregiver came on board to assist us in caring for my Mom and Dad and she helped us through that time.  We lost our father shortly after she joined us and the situation was changing daily as we addressed the changing needs of my father; an 83 year old with moderate Alzheimer's.  The Caregiver was extremely helpful and was able to get started and take charge of the situation as it changed by the hour let alone by the day.  She brought with her a high level of confidence and maturity and was able to deal with whatever came our way and knew with a good sense of judgment when it was necessary to involve anyone else.

We found her to be very patient, kind, honest, clean, trustworthy, uplifting and extremely cooperative and provided excellent care for my Dad.  She was always willing to help out in anyway that she can and demonstrated a high level of initiative.

Live-in Caregiver services was provided to my father. who has Alzheimer's disease which worsened in the past year, making him aggressive at times and more difficult to manage.  It spite of this the Caregiver cared for him with loyalty and affection, maintaining all along that she would never give up on him, and she never did.  She showed patience and understanding and kept me informed of his behaviour, making helpful suggestions for me an other back-up Caregivers with whom she worked as a team, to follow.

At church and in the condominium where they lived she was well liked for her outgoing personality, warmth and concern and affection for my father.

I have been bed-ridden for the past two years and has employed your Caregiver to take care of me.  I am an 89 year old empysema patient who relies on Vital Air System 24 hours a day.

My Caregiver has undertaken all of her responsibilities with competence, patience and kindness and is also very honest and trustworthy.  She is a very efficient Caregiver, available day or night, a good listener, gives good advise, a good team worker (I usually have a social home-care, house doctor and different nurses and government officials coming in) and a generous friend to my family.
